Langley City Councillor and urbanist Nathan Pachal has issued a report card on transit systems in Canada’s biggest urban areas.

TransLink, serving Metro Vancouver, is ranked behind Montreal but ahead of Toronto/Hamilton, Calgary,  Ottawa and Edmonton. Continue reading →
